Working Student - Sales

What you will be doing Maintain and update our HubSpot CRM and related sales documentation Review incoming leads and help pre-qualify them based on agreed criteria Support the creation of pitch decks, proposals, and sales materials in PowerPoint Help gather and structure information for sales conversations and client presentations Coordinate and support day-to-day sales operations to keep response times short and workflows running smoothly Work closely with the sales team on ongoing opportunities across Berlin Bytes and Kambria We need you to have Must-have German and English - business fluent Strong AI literacy and practical experience using AI tools for content creation Good PowerPoint skills and an eye for clean, structured presentation design Confident handling of routine sales operations and administrative tasks A basic understanding of the GermanMittelstand/ SME market Reliable, structured, and able to work independently Strong advantage Experience in B2B marketing, sales support, or consulting Familiarity with HubSpot Interest in software, digital products, and AI-enabled services Experience creating pitch decks, proposals, or other client-facing sales materials Nice-to-have Experience supporting proposals for platform, enablement, or digital transformation topics Availability to work consistently across the week; ideally at least 3 days per week Benefits Office at Backfabrik in Berlin Flexible home office setup with 3–4 office days per week preferred Full-time desk available in the office Occasional workations welcome Gym membership contribution Company pension scheme MacBook Pro and dual 4K office setup Weekly team lunch and breakfast Dog-friendly office Quarterly company day and team event Coffee, tea, snacks, and fruit in the office Salary:16-18 euro/h Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
