Lead Software Engineer – Multifamily Data Platform Location: McLean, VA – Fully Onsite Employment Type: Contract Visa: USC / GC Only Contact: aadesh@strongpoint.digital Role Overview Seeking a hands-on Lead Software Engineer / Tech Lead with approximately 80% coding and 20% technical leadership experience. The candidate will lead technical delivery while actively contributing to development alongside a team of 10+ engineers. Must-Have Skills - Strong hands-on Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs & Microservices - MongoDB and relational databases/SQL - AWS & Kubernetes - Containerization, pod management, and deployment manifests - Daily hands-on use of GenAI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude - Experience leading technical priorities and delivery for 10+ engineers - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred - Mortgage, Loan Servicing/Origination, FinTech, or Real Estate domain experience - Full-stack development experience Interview - 30-minute virtual interview - 60-minute in-person interview in McLean, VA Please share your updated resume at aadesh@strongpoint.digital.
